This is a mystery cache and IS NOT at the published coordinates.

The cache is a bison tube.

 

To find the cache:

Despicable Me 2 is an American computer animated comedy film and the sequel to the earlier animated film Despicable Me. A blimp dressed to appear as a Minion named "Despicablimp" toured the United States from March 2013 in a six month tour to promote the film's release. It was one of the largest airships in the world and measured ABC feet in length, DE feet in height and weighed 8,000 pounds. It crossed the country three times during its 20,000 miles (32,000 km) long tour visiting hundreds of events including the film's premiere in Hollywood.
