Follow these directions to find the cache:
- At the posted coordinates, find a large tree near the intersection of two driveways.
- To the southeast of this tree is a line of gravestones. These are the stone markers that are above ground, not the markers level with the ground.
- Walk or drive southeast from the tree until you reach the 17th gravestone. The name on the gravestone is a common 4-letter American football term.
- Assign a numerical value to the each of the 4 letters of the football term name, where A=1, B=2, etc.
- Add the values of the first two letters. Multiply the result by 5.8. This is the compass bearing to the cache from the 17th stone.
- Add the values of the last two letters. Multiply the result by 2.5. This is the distance in feet to the cache from the 17th stone.
The container is a 35mm film can containing a stamp and log sheet. Do not take the stamp! If you wish to stamp the log, you'll need a micro stamp.
