I walked the trail from Parksville to Coombs the other day and wondered what was back in these woods so I came back to explore, hoping to find trails to the Morningstar Creek. Lots of interesting trails back here. I parked on the corner of Sunking and Bentridge Road and that worked well. I hope you enjoy exploring this area as much as I did! Happy Caching.
This cache is a lock n' lock, It is about 20 feet from the main trail, but I wouldn't call it bushwacking in this spot. It is by a big stump logged long ago from old growth.
