We get comfort through all our caching friends across the country and around the world. In these difficult times we need to still keep in contact with our friends. This is an outdoor event in a parking lot. No need to get out of vehicles, nor sign the logbook. For those who chose to get out of their cars, please wear a mask, maintain social distancing and do not group in more than 10 folks (or whatever the ever changing health guidelines dictate by then.)
Many of you know that Mr. MaxB is going through difficult health issues at this time, but is currently stable. With this in mind, we know that our travels in 2021 are going to be very limited. We are holding this event so that the trackables we have in our possession can be distributed in small numbers to those attending and with your help we can get them moving and back out into circulation. We appreciate all of our caching friends and hold you all in great esteem.
If you are not feeling well, or showing any symptoms, “Please Stay at Home” and think of your caching friends.
We will work to get a photo with all attendees and notes of best wishes will be welcomed for us to reread as time goes by.
There are several restaurants in the area that offer take out or drive through service.
The current Michigan health guidelines provide for Hiking and Walking exercise. This seems to fit the description of Geocaching, so feel free to do some caching before and after the event, weather dependent. NoCacheNoCredit has released several new caches along a 1 mile section of the MI/IN bike trail just south of the event in Indiana.
