Ühes aias sündis kord pisike mutipoeg. Talle meeldis hullupööra kaevata. Aga... aias oli juba igal pool mõni käik ja nii sattus mutike pidevalt kellegi teise käiku. Sai isegi pahandada... Maa peal oli ruumi küllalt, aga sinna jõudes olid uued mured - päike oli liiga valus ja oh õudust! kohtuda võis kaevamismeister Proua Taksiga. Nii otsustas mutipoeg ära kolida. Kolis suurde rahulikku metsa, kus kaevata võis igale poole, kuhu süda aga soovis, päikesevalgus oli mahe ja ei mingeid koeri. Ainus asi, mis mutikese pisut õnnetuks tegi - natuke üksildane oli olla. Ehk võiksid sina teda külastada?
SPA (Sakala PuhkeAla) seeria tutvustab teile Saarjõe õpperada. Rada pakub vaheldusrikast loodusmaastikku Saarjõe kaunitel kallastel. Kohati põlismetsailmeline mets ja kobraste poolt kaldasse uuristatud salakäigud teevad raja põnevaks ja salapäraseks. Õpperada kopeerib suures osas Saarjõge koos oma ürgoruga, mis on kohati üle 5 m sügav ja 40-50 m lai.

Once upon a time in a garden far-far away a little mole was born. He really loved digging, it was his favourite. He dug and dug day after day. He dug so much, that without noticing h ehad run out of land to dig. And so he started to blunder somebody else`s holes and the owners were upset. On the ground there was a lot of room for digging, but… The sun was too bright and Oh dear! the digging-expert Mrs. Daschund was a resident there.And so, to avoid complications the little mole decided to move into the peaceful forest not too far away. Finally h ehad enought lant for digging and also the sun was pleasant there.The forest is perfect, the only probleem was that the mole became a little lonely and is unhappy now. Could you visit him to cheer him up?
The SPA (Sakala Recreation Area) series introduces you to the Saarjõgi hiking trail. The trail offers a varied natural landscape on the beautiful banks of the river Saarjõgi. In some places, the primaeval forest and the secret passages dug into the banks by beavers make the trail exciting and mysterious. The study trail largely copies Saarjõgi with its ancient valley, which is sometimes over 5 m deep and 40-50 m wide.
