The Eleventh Sussex Camping Event

The Dates for you Diary are :-
10th - 12th June 2022
We are going to a new campsite this year, a bit further into East Sussex to lovely Bodiam. The Event will run from 14:00hrs to 18:00hrs on 11th June 2022. The camping event will run from 9th to 12th June 2022.
This is also a Community Celebration Event (a limited release event celebrating 20 years of Geocaching) and for me celebrating the friendships we have made across those 20 years and bringing some of those friends together.
The site has a small shop and takeaway, offers phone charging and ice block freezing, childrens play area and lots of space for playing games etc.
Being in the High Weald area, there is reduced light polution, so quite good for star gazing.
Barn owls are quite often seen hunting along the river banks.
Nearby are Bodiam Castle, Batemans, Bedgebury Pinetum and of course Battle and Hastings (1066 country).

The Log book will be at my pitch during the event, so please come along and sign it.
Costs
Our site fees this year for Friday and Saturday nights will be:
£10 per Adult, £5 per child (age 3 to 15) . £5 for EHU, £5 for Gazebo and £3 per dog.
Camp fee for Thursday night camping are slightly reduced so please contact me for prices.
Day visitors are allowed at the campsite, but there is a small charge of £3 per adult and £1 per child and £1 per dog.
I do feel this is good value for money.

Booking to be made via myself so please contact me through my profile. There will be a £10 deposit payable and payment in full must be received by 20th May 2022. Please message me for payment details.
When logging your intent to attend on this event page, can you please also state the number of adults, children and dogs and the nights that you will be camping. I shall be posting a table of attendees as I have in the past and will update this regularly.
OPEN FIRES are permitted. The site sells both kindling and logs. These are £5 per bag.
Fires: With all Fires and BBQs, always keep a bucket of water handy (bring your own bucket)

Community Celebration Events - 2020
