Community Celebration Event - Waldbad Community Celebration Event

Das "Waldbad" ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt, nicht weit vom Parkplatz an der Stromleitung zwischen Erzhütten und Erfenbach entfernt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Kaiserslautern halten in der Nähe.

Hinweis: Der Veranstalter bietet warmen Tee und frische Backwaren. Die Teilnehmer müssen nur gut gelaunt ankommen und regensichere Kleidung tragen. Keine Sorge, Schlange wurden nicht eingeladet. Aber, aufgrund der COVID-19-Vorsichtsmaßnahmen müssen wir die Teilnahme jedoch bis auf maximal 50 Geocacher beschränken.

Besondere Hinweise: Auf Grund der Corona-Pandemie ist folgendes Hygienekonzept bindend für alle Teilnehmer des Events einzuhalten!

Hygienekonzept für Teilnahme am Event:

1. Alle Teilnehmer versichern, dass sie sich bei Teilnahme am Event gesund fühlen und keinerlei Krankheitssypmtome aufweisen.
2. Alle Teilnehmer halten den vorgegebenen Abstand zu anderen Personen ein, da es im Freien stattfindet sind Masken nicht verpflichtend, können aber gerne getragen werden. Bei Begegnungen mit anderen Personen ist ein Mindestabstand von mindestens 1,50 Metern einzuhalten.
3. Alle Teilnehmer hinterlegen bei Ankunft am Eventort wahrheitsgemäß ihre aktuellen Kontaktdaten beim Eventowner (d.h. Klarname, komplette Anschrift und aktuelle Telefonnummer). Diese Daten werden durch den Eventowner für den Zeitraum von maximal 4 Wochen nach Stattfinden des Events vertraulich aufbewahrt und anschließend vernichtet. Die angegebenen Kontaktdaten werden ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Nachverfolgung von möglichen Kontakten mit angesteckten Personen erfasst und verwendet und werden auf Anfrage den zuständigen Behörden mitgeteilt.
4. Eine Teilnehmerliste im Listing wird durch den Owner nicht geführt.
5. Alle Teilnehmer halten sich außerdem an die Vorgaben und Maßnahmen, die die Event-Location bzgl. Corona vorgibt.
6. Alle Teilnehmer verpflichten sich, eine potenzielle Ansteckung mit Coronaviren bis zu 14 Tagen nach Stattfinden des Events dem Eventowner mitzuteilen. Diese Information wird selbstverständlich ebenfalls vertraulich behandelt!
7. Beim Event werden keine Trackables getauscht.
8. Wer nicht zum Event angemeldet ist, wird bitte auch nicht spontan am Event teilnehmen.
9. Wer als Teilnehmer angemeldet ist und absehbar nicht teilnehmen kann, sagt bitte rechtzeitig seine Teilnahme ab.
10. Die Teilnahme am Event erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr - wem das Risiko eines solchen Treffens zu groß ist, der sollte besser nicht teilnehmen.

Als Eventowner übernehme ich die Verantwortung für korrekte Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Maßnahmen vor Ort für die Dauer des Events und werden eventuelle Verstöße nicht tolerieren, da diese durch uns aufzulösen sind und eventuelle Bußgelder von uns bezahlt werden müssen. Durch Anmeldung zum Event erklären die potenziellen Teilnehmer, dass sie diese Regeln zur Kenntnis genommen haben und sie einhalten werden.

The "Waldbad" is a 10-minute walk, not far from the parking lot on the power line road between Erzhütten and Erfenbach. Kaiserslautern public transportation stops nearby.

Advisory:  The organizer will provide warm tea and fresh baked goods. Participants should arrive in a good mood and wear rainproof clothing. No worries, snakes will not be allowed. Due to COVID-19 precautionary measures, we must limit geocaching participation to a maximum of 50.

Special notes: Due to the corona pandemic, the following hygiene concept is binding for all participants in the event!

Hygiene concept for participation in the event:

1. All participants assure that they feel healthy when taking part in the event and that they do not show any symptoms of illness.
2. All participants keep the specified distance from other people, as it takes place outdoors, masks are not mandatory, but can be worn. When meeting other people, keep a minimum distance of at least 1.50 meters.
3. All participants truthfully deposit their current contact details with the event owner (i.e. real name, full address and current telephone number) upon arrival at the event location. These data are kept confidential by the event owner for a maximum of 4 weeks after the event has taken place and then destroyed. The contact details provided are recorded and used solely for the purpose of tracking possible contacts with infected persons and will be communicated to the responsible authorities upon request.
4. A list of participants in the listing is not kept by the owner..
5. All participants also adhere to the guidelines and measures that the event location specifies with regard to Corona.
6. All participants undertake to notify the event owner of any potential coronavirus infection up to 14 days after the event has taken place. This information will of course also be treated confidentially!
7. No trackables will be exchanged at the event.
8. If you are not registered for the event, please do not take part in the event spontaneously.
9. If you are registered as a participant and will not be able to participate in the foreseeable future, please cancel your participation in good time.
10. Participation in the event is at your own risk - if the risk of such a meeting is too great, it is better not to participate.

As the event owner, I take responsibility for the correct implementation and compliance with the measures on site for the duration of the event and I will not tolerate any violations, as these have to be resolved by us and any fines have to be paid by us. By registering for the event, potential participants declare that they have read these rules and will comply with them.
