A three-story temple with ordinary benches, backed by mountains and facing the sea, in front of the Pacific Ocean and behind Taroko Mountain; from above, you can look at the new town in 360 degrees. In Hualien, there are three mausoleums of palaces and temples named Zhang Shengwang, and Zhen'an Palace celebrates the birth of the holy king on the 15th of the lunar calendar every year. Zhen'an Palace has a flourishing incense and is the center of local people's faith. 一座常見台式三層高廟宇，背山面海，前太平洋後太魯閣山；上到頂層還可360度全方位高望新城鎮。花蓮境內有三座宮廟主祀開漳聖王，而鎮安宮每年在農曆二月十五號為慶祝聖王千秋誕辰，鎮安宮香火鼎盛，是地方民眾信仰的中心。
