I had a dream Mystery Cache

Congrats to tjheath62 and the 3 caballeros on the first to find honors!!

As we were walking around the mall one day, Becky was determined to buy some new clothes for her grandbaby.  I was so tired from hiking to Mount Leconte the day before and really wanted to walk no more.  So, finding some of the benches strategically laid out, I slid into one and started to relax.  It was a warm spring day with soft chirping of the birds as the wind played a lullaby into my ears.  It didn’t take long and I drifted off into a nice sleep.

Upon awaking I quickly noticed that the mall had changed.  The wind had turned much colder and I seemed to be alone, except for a simple little house that seemed to be full of eye protectors.  What was this, where did Becky go, what is going on?  As geocachers you know we are always down for a mystery.  I scan my surroundings to see if there is anything else to help me with my challenge and I see a goddess in the background with many many gifts.  Not going to chance getting in trouble by another woman I keep looking and see a little boy surrounded by an area of dense bushes or trees full of reptiles.  That seems strange but I went that way because he seemed distress.  After pushing my way through, I ask him if he is ok and what’s his name?  “Francisco, in the Portuguese language” is my nickname.  Can I help you, why are you so distressed?  “A man named Richard stopped selling assault weapons and I don’t know what to do”.  It’s no worry I tell him and take him under my wing as we set off to travel from one place to another.  And just at that moment there is a hard shaking on my back.  I turn and everything is gone and Becky doesn’t seem happy that I was snoring in front of the entire mall.  What a strange dream I had I was telling her, but first let me go find this geocache I dreamed up in my head.

Obviously the story is some fictitious nonsense that I come up with for a mystery cache, or is it?  Found a spot for an ammo can in an urban setting which is hard to do these days so wanted to make a puzzle.  Did a multi something like this but nobody does multis but everyone that tried it like this part.  So recreated it somewhat with a puzzle.  The cache is not at the posted coordinates but is a great place to sit and work the puzzle.  It’s a field puzzle so go to the posted coordinates please.
