This cache is located on Clement Hill in Deering, off of route 149, south of Hillsboro. This field was cleared a few years ago, providing a view of the farms on Bear Hill that would make a beautiful NE postcard. Parking is on the opposite side of the road, the cache is now bison tube. Enjoy another awesome spot with a view!
NOTE: When looking north from the road, Mount Kearsage is the large peak with the tower on top. If you look at the dip to the left, you will see the peak of Mount Washington on a clear day, 87 miles to the north. From fall through late spring it will be snow covered, pretty cool.
