LT: Asvejos regioninis parkas išsidėstęs Baltijos-Švenčionių kalvyno aukštumoje, pasižyminčioje didele reljefo įvairove. Šioje vietoje, paskutinio apledėjimo ledynas, jo tirpsmo vandenys bei kiti veiksniai suformavo gilius, ilgus, siaurus slėnius vadinamus rinomis. Molėtų aukštumose, šių reljefo elementų yra gausiausia. Bene raiškingiausioje Lietuvos rinoje telkšo Asvejos ežeras, o prie jo šliejasi visa eilė kitų smulkesnių. Viena iš jų, besitęsianti lygiagrečiai Asvejos ežero vakarinei daliai yra Pagrundos rina. Rinos ilgis apie 1,5 km, plotis apie 100 m. Jos dugnas užpelkėjęs, net sausringomis vasaromis čia galima rasti drėgnų vietų. Kadangi šiuo metu Lietuvoje išlikę tik nedidelė dalis po ledynmečio susiformavusių ežerų, tikėtina, kad ir Pagrundos rinoje prieš tūkstančius metų telkšojo ežeras.
EN: Asveja regional park is located on the heights of the Baltic-Švenčionys hill, which is characterized by a great variety of terrain. In this place, the last glaciation, its melting waters and other factors formed deep, long, narrow valleys called rhines. In the Molėtai highlands these relief elements are most abundant. Lake Asveja is probably concentrated in the most expressive rhine of Lithuania, and a number of other smaller ones flock to it. One of them, which runs parallel to the western part of lake Asveja, is the Pagrunda rhina. The length of the rhine is about 1.5 km, the width is about 100 m. Its bottom is swampy, even in dry summers you can find wet places here. As only a small part of the lakes formed after the ice age have survived in Lithuania at present, it is probable that the lake was concentrated in the Pagrunda rhine thousands of years ago.
