This is a small mechanical gadget cache located along the wonderful (but crowded) paved loop trail. If you approach the area on foot, watch out for those crazy bicycles! If you arrive by two-, three-, or four-wheeled conveyance, just slow down a little, okay? The object of this cache is to open it without using gorilla force. It certainly isn't required nor appreciated.
Why is it called "Two Steps?" Well I'm glad you asked. It could be because you only need to walk two steps off the trail to get to the small, cammoflaged wooden box. Or it may be the number of steps to get into the box to sign the log, I don't know. Did I say you need to sign the log to score the find? If I didn't you heard it now.
Please bring water with you, wear sunscreen, and watch out for critters. Also, pay extraordinary attention to replacing all parts of the box and hiding it very well after you are finished playing around.
