Some people play golf. Others like to play tennis. Still others like to ride bikes. Geocachers like to hike with a purpose. It is a whole-family extravaganza where everyone gets to play. The fun is in seeking the treasure while you get some exercise. My sister taught me about this wonderful hobby. We went out in her neighborhood in Colorado Springs. We hiked in the woods and enjoyed the wildlife. I was hooked within minutes. I purchased a GPS receiver before I even left the state. I wrapped it up as a Christmas present for my husband. I couldn't wait for Christmas to come so that we could play with our new toy. My husband was immediately hooked. The engineer in him loved playing with the machine. That was 11 years ago. Now we go all over the world geocaching wherever we are. It is a great pastime while waiting for a plane, train or just plain hanging out. The joy is in the hunt and spending time together. This cache is set near others so that you can do several in one trek. You will not need to bushwhack to find this one. Just use your geosense and good eyesight to locate the treasure. .
