They changed the plaque, and I don't know how to edit a Wherigo.
The geocache is not at the posted coordinates but it is within the park.
This is a 5-step Wherigo that will take you on a walking tour of Libbey Park in Ojai, California. It should take you less than half an hour to complete unless you take your time and take in the history of the park.
You can use either a cell phone or a few models of Garmin GPS units. Cell phone users should download the "Pocket PC Device" cartridge.
You will need a cable to connect to your Garmin Oregon or Colorado. Copy the downloaded file to the Wherigo directory. If your GPS does not have a Wherigo directory, it cannot run Wherigo cartridges.
The posted coordinates will take you to a side entrance to the park on Signal Street. There is usually parking on this street. Watch for parking regulation signs and park accordingly. The tour starts outside of the Ojai Post Office. You will then visit the Pergoda, tennis courts, Libbey Bowl and the Sound Arch. At each stop, you will receive a little bit of history. You will then need to locate a sign or plaque to answer a question. After completing the Wherigo, you'll receive the coordinates for the final and pretty much a spoiler to ensure a quick and easy find.
I hope that you will enjoy this Wherigo experience.
