The Jung Shan Park (中山公園 ) is a quiet, grassy park in Shulin, New Taipei City (新北市樹林區). At the upper park is a lookout gazebo, and if you take the steps down below, you’ll find an activity center where old folks like to play chess and sing karaoke. There are quite a lot of stray dogs in this area, although their bark is worse than their bite, and they’ll run off if you stand your ground. Cache is located near one of the benches, not far from the lookout gazebo.
