This place is gopher heaven. On the west side of Farnsworth Park in Altadena is a charmingly undeveloped patch of land that was calling out for a cache to be hid there! There may be few human-made improvements here, but the rodent residents have been busy!
Walking our dogs past here, they showed intense interest in the subterranean residents, and if they had their way, we'd have spent a few hours here stalking them. Instead, we opted to hide a cache in this location for our COVID-weary friends to find for a change of scenery. The cache placement is respectful of social distancing concerns, and we've delayed publishing for 72 hours after placement as an added caution. Room for small swag; please replace and hide as found. Enjoy, and cache safely!
