Geocache Description:

There is an abundance of wildlife here at Sunset Lake. Recently, when Sis and I were paddling, we were amazed at how many turtles we saw; in fact, we gave up counting at a hundred. We saw Snapping Turtles, Painted Turtles, and tiny Bog Turtles. However, my favorite is the Northern Red-bellied Cooter. We saw dozens of them, some  with shells as large as 16-18 inches across.

This cache is located at Sunset Lake in Bridgeton City Park. The park hours are sunrise to sunset. You will need a pen to sign the log. Please be sure and follow all boating and safety rules and regulations.

To solve the puzzle, entire the Scientific Name of my favorite turtle into the Checker.

It is two words, but when entering, don’t leave any spaces.
