Current Events can be shocking.
Here's one that moves from negativity to positivity just for you!

FACT: This cache uses electricity.
FACT: Electrical current is a measure of the amount of electrical charge transferred per unit of time. It represents the flow of electrons through a conductive material such as a metal wire or even the human body! It is measured in amperes.
FACT: DC current can be felt at as little as 5 milliamps!
FACT: Electrical current WILL flow through your body in order to complete this event.
FACT: You have to make the choice of which two objects to grab and squeeze. If you do not complete the circuit, you will not receive the smiley!

PLEASE ATTEMPT THIS CACHE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Ask yourself: Is there enough electrical current in this cache to cause me pain?


The cache will provide you with the necessary combination to the lock, as long as you are looking at the cache correctly! To complete this current event, you will need to correctly select two of the protruding objects and squeeze one with each hand. Continue to choose combinations of objects until the cache reveals the hidden code. THE LOCK CAN BE OPENED BY ENTERING THE LAST 4 LETTERS OF THE BOTTOM COLOR OR NUMBER’s NAME THAT THE CACHE REVEALED WHEN YOU COMPLETED THE CIRCUIT. Once you've dialed in the combination, press the hasp inward then pull outward to unlock. Remember to BYOP; you must sign the log for credit!


Please be gentle with the container and put everything back as you found it then randomize the lock combination and reset the lock. Please do not post any spoilers in your logs! Let's keep it new for the next cacher! Most of all: HAVE FUN!

All rules apply when visiting the ranch. The cache is easily accessible via the relatively flat and very scenic Los Flores Ranch Park Dinosaur Loop Trail. Total round trip distance from the parking lot is 1.5 miles. There are picnic tables and rest stations nearby at both the Visitor's Center and the Dinosaur Picnic Area. It's always a good idea to bring your own water. The park is Open 7 days per week; parking pass is $5.00 per vehicle. Spring/Summer hours are 8am-7pm, Fall/Winter hours are 8am-5pm.
