Mirador Ministro Hales, Este se encuentra a 7 kms aproximadamente de Calama y puedes acceder a él por la carretera doble vía que une dicha ciudad con Chuquicamata.
Este mirador ofrece una panorámica del rajo de la mina Ministro Hales y las consecuencias de la explotación minera en el lugar y sus alrededores. Pero no todo es tan malo, si tienes suerte y el viento se ha llevado el polvo en suspensión podrás apreciar el Volcán Licancabur y la capital minera de Chile la tierra de “Sol y Cobre”, Calama.
También frente al mirador se encuentra el Cerro Genova que es muy visitado por personas que practican senderismo, ciclismo de montaña y deportes tuerca (si vienes con tiempo podemos coordinar algo de senderismo).
El cache no se encuentra en el Mirador precisamente, pero sí muy cerca de él. A simple vista se ve un poco complejo llegar hasta él pero si pones atención a las indicaciones, creo que será muy fácil y hasta entretenido.

The cache is not located in the Mirador precisely, but very close to it. At first glance it seems a bit complex to reach it but if you pay attention to instructions, I think it will be easy and very entertaining.
