We are not being pretentious in naming this cache, rather it is our way of celebrating how awesome it is to live in Friendly Feilding and the mighty Manawatu region with all its natural beauty. We also want to celebrate the 20 years anniversary of this awesome activity - Geocaching, something we really enjoy. We pay tribute to all the awesome creative cache owners who have designed, placed and maintain the hides that give us so much entertainment, and yes, even frustration at times! Thank you one and all, you are awesome!
This cache is placed with the enthusiastic permission of the property owners who would be happy to chat if you spot them in the garden when you come hunting. A sign on the fence will also give further significance to the cache name. The hide is accessible from the roadside and there is no need to enter the property or garden. The container is a little unusual and only has room for the log sheet so bring your own pen.
