Across the field from you is Kempsville Middle School
When we moved to Kempsville in 1997, my youngest daughter entered 6th grade at Kempsville Middle School and received an excellent education here before moving on to Kempsville High School. Twenty-two years later.her son (my grandson) entered 6th grade in this same school. He too is receiving an excellent education here (though on a hiatus from the classroom since March due to the COvid19 pandemic).
The gymnasium here is where I frequently serve as a poll official at the Edwin precinct for local, state and national elections.
