This cache is placed in a small wooded area at the edge of a field in state game lands that looks like it would be a good place to spot a deer. Be sure to take appropriate precautions during hunting season. The hike is about a mile each way from the parking lot along a fairly well maintained path. The container is a small repurposed container approximately 3-4” square. You should not need to bushwack more than a few feet, and shouldn't find yourself surrounded by thorns. There are a few other caches along this same trail. Plan ahead and make sure you download the coordinates as there is sometimes spotty cell phone service.
Note: folks have been saying the cache is 60-65’ NE of the coordinates. I’ll try to get out there and take new readings. If you want to take a screenshot of yours that would also be much appreciated. Thanks for your patience and apologies for the inconvenience.
