This geocache is located in Rosscahill Woods, on the shore of Ross Lake. It is approximately a 2km walk/cycle from the trailhead/carpark to the geocache. The terrain is relatively flat and most of it is along a gravel forest road, with the last 400m or so being on single-track trail.
To get to the geocache follow the main forest road for 1.6km until you get to a fork in the road with a wooden bench in the middle of the fork. Take the trail to the right at the fork and continue for ~200m and then take a trail to the left just before the lake. Continue for another 200m along the shore of the lake. You are in the correct general area when the trail turns away from the lake and goes up a short steep incline.
The geocache is located off the trail. It's ~10m to the right of the trail after you've gone up the incline.
The container is a plastic cylinder with a red lid and is located about 2m above ground level.
Best of luck and we hope you have fun!
