This cache is part of our "Old French" series (steam train & post office) and is at the site of the Old French Stock Exchange. Now the French colonial building has been restored and is a restaurant. I got the idea for the cache name from the retraunts menu which has some humorous sections called: Capital Stock, Frozen Assets & Liquid Assets - which now refers to soups, ice cream and cocktails.
This cache requires the use of "Liquid Assets" and there is a source nearby to the container. You may need up to 1L of this important asset.
