I was doing a maintenance run and decided this spot needed a new cache. Out with the old, in with the new. 
You'll find the preform at the end of mossy log with blue flagging close by. Bring your own writing stick. It's waterproof paper, so if it's wet, please wipe it off and don't change it. Thank you. Happy caching.
