There are many types of clocks in the world. The two that I think are the most commonly used would be analog and digital. Of course alarm clocks are also helpful for things like waking up in the morning. A grandfather clock however, is a good piece for tying a room together. Some would argue that a coo-coo clock would do the same.
Difficulty is for puzzle, not the cache.
This puzzle is just simple math, however, you need to figure out how to apply it. For example (Without giving too much away) 10 + 3 = 1 NOT 13
