The cache is not at the Posted Coordinates, However, at the posted coordinates you could grab a coffee and try to figure out the puzzle. Difficulty is for Cache itself, not the puzzle
Dream Theater is one of my favorite bands. They started in 1989 and still make music today. With 14 albums to date, they have not dissappointed me yet.
