An homage to that early 70's TV host The Ghoul. He had a knack for always dissing on Parma just before committing some unspeakable crazy prank on his sidekick Froggy. Of course the Parma he loved to denigrate was the one near Cleveland but being children of the 60's/70's the first thing that comes to mind every time we pass by Parma is that crazy TV character. R.I.P Froggy.
This is a cemetery so night caching is strongly discouraged. However, it's very near the road and there is a parking lot very near by. The Ghoul was never much of one for rules anyway.
