Films, food, friends, fun - and a Community Celebration Event icon for your 'founds' list

This is a Saturday afternoon event.

GIFF 2021:

From finding new favorite places, people, and puzzles, geocaching is full of moments that should be captured on film and shared with the geocaching world. In 2020, GIFF took a brief ‘intermission’. GIFF is back with a color splash in 2021!

The Monterey Peninsula showing of the 2021 GIFF will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.  800 Cass Street.  Monterey.  The event will be held from 3-5PM with the short films being shown on a projector in the fellowship/reception hall beginning at 3:30PM.  Folding chairs will be provided as well as popcorn.  You are welcome to bring your own snacks.  The film reel will run approximately an hour. 

Parking is plentiful on Saturday: the church parking lot, streetside parking on Cass St and Dormody Ct and parking under 880 Cass are all available.

This event is also a 'Community Celebration' event and as such has a special event icon.

This year, the GIFF souvenir can be obtained without attending a GIFF event by watching the GIFF films on YouTube.

Community Celebration Events - 2020
