Come for a doggone good time, share some food, play some games, and help me celebrate my 10,000th geocache find at Mission Oaks Park in Camarillo from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11.
We will provide hamburgers, hot dogs (naturally), buns, and condiments. In true pot luck style, people will bring a dish to share and their drinks -- No alcohol please. We'll begin serving at 11:45.
There is a dog park, so please bring your well-behaved canine friends. I would love to meet them. Everyone, including pets, will receive a custom name tag. Please include your pet's name in your Will Attend. If more than one person caches under the same username, include how many name tags you'll need.

Players will be randomly divided into 4-player Teams for each of three different games.
The Teams will change for each new game. If you don't want to play, help us out, or just enjoy watching
the antics of the players.

Dog Breed Word Hunt
It's a 12-word Word Hunt
The first two teams to complete the Word Hunt will win a customized trophy

"Top Trumps Geocaching" - This is a variation of the card game "War"
Each card has five geocaching categories.
A roll of the dice determines which category is in play.
The card with the highest number in the category wins the cards.
The two teams that collect the most cards in 8 minutes will win a customized trophy

Doggy Doody while Geocaching
Sometimes when geocaching, we'll have to stop while I do "my duty." This relay simulates that.
One team member will drop a chip on the ground. Using a plastic bag, the team member will pick it up, tie a not in the bag, and place it in a trash can.
Next, the player retrieves the geocache (a special mint tin), signs the log, and replaces the geocache.
The next player repeats the process
The first two teams to get four signatures on the log and replace the geocache will win a customized trophy.

After the games, we reveal the "Guess the Treats" winner and hold the raffle (Raffle prize donations are appreciated)
