A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....
Shortly before the Battle of Yavin, a less well-known but still important conflict occurred on and around the Outer Rim world of Lothal. A group of Rebel insurgents, led by Jedi Knight Kanan Jarrus, carried out a series of guerrilla attacks on the Imperial Garrison of Lothal, sabotaging their operations, freeing prisoners, and stealing supplies to support the burgeoning Rebel Alliance. Though only a small group, they managed to evade capture and proved problematic enough that Governor Arihnda Pryce requested the assistance of the Seventh Fleet, led by the brilliant tactician Grand Admiral Thrawn. After a series of skirmishes and opportunities to study his opponents, Thrawn gained the upper hand, pursuing them from Lothal to their newly-established, secret base on Atollon. Thrawn nearly destroyed the Rebels there, but they managed a narrow escape thanks to the intervention of a strange and powerful force-weilding creature known as the Bendu. The Grand Admiral's conflict with this Rebel cell reached its climax when they once again met on Lothal. Following the death of Kanan Jarrus at the hands of Governor Pryce, and with the Seventh Fleet poised for planetary bombardment, Imperial victory once again appeared imminent. However, in an astonishing turn of events, the fleet was set upon by an enraged swarm of purrgil, which seized the Star Destroyers, including Thrawn's flagship Chimaera, and dragged them through hyperspace to regions unknown. The battle ended with a Rebel victory, and the apparent loss of the greatest commander the Imperial Navy has ever known....
But did the Grand Admiral meet his fate that day, or is it possible that he survived? Lightyears away from Lothal, a container has appeared - an old geocache, once thought lost and archived, now back in use and marked with the sigil of the Seventh Fleet. Could this old ammo can contain information about the whereabouts of the lost Star Destroyers, or possible survivors? If so, it would certainly be valuable information. The return of Grand Admiral Thrawn could create a resurgance of Imperial Remnant forces trying to regain their old power, while the New Republic would prefer confirmation of Thrawn's destruction. Besides those two major powers, plenty of underworld denizens would love to know the location of an unclaimed fleet of Star Destroyers. The scavenger who discovered the can certainly thought she'd found her fortune - until a bounty hunter disintegrated her in an attempt to steal it. Luckily, the scavenger had planned ahead, and upon her demise, an encoded message was broadcast by her Astromech throughout the galaxy, making the location available to anyone able to decipher it. The race is on!

The posted coordinates will take you to the original location of GC2QF6K, Trails Trails... Thanks to Team Conflict for allowing me to retrieve and reuse this cache after it was archived! The ammo can is no longer there, but, being pursued by a bounty hunter, the scavenger didn't have a lot of time to re-hide it, so it is nearby. There is an unactivated trackable for the first to find, and some good trade swag. Remember to trade even or better. Do not leave sticks, leaves, acorns, expired coupons, receipts, or other worthless trash no one wants. Do not leave food, candy, or scented items that may attract animals or bugs. Finally, do not leave items that may be dangerous or inappropriate for younglings. Make sure to re-hide the cache as well as you found it, so it is not stumbled upon and stolen by muggles or Jawas. May the Force be with you!
