Murfree Spring Wetlands is a 25-acre city park with walking trails and raised boardwalks that wind through the wetlands. This is a favorite walk and I always enjoy seeing the wildlife. On your journey be on the lookout for turtles sunning on logs, Canadian geese, raccoons, herons, red winged blackbirds and more! The area offers free parking, restrooms and a playground. The Wetlands entrance is shared by the Discovery Center and is located at the corner of Maney and Broad streets. You are looking for a nice place to rest and enjoy the flora and fauna. The cache is a magnetic key holder.
