There used to be a nursery here but it was abandoned ages ago. Perhaps that is a local theme: see No RST for the Weary - A State Challenge (GC828F). This weedy right-of-way remains Edison property. Think of it as part of a power trail that you can't cache along.
I have put out a lot of State Travel Challenges and have gotten some grief from people who don't qualify and so this cache is pandering to one of them. I don't mean to suggest from the title that Carlfan99 is a challenge to travel with; she might be but I wouldn't know. On the other hand, it was a pleasure to travel with her along the Highway to Hell. But maybe that isn't the most convincing recommendation.
In any case, it order to find this cache, you most have found at least ten (10) caches in each of 8 US States other than California for a total of 80 Finds. That's it - straightforward. If you don't yet quality, you can sign the log but need to post a Note rather than a Find.
