My first geocache was Finnish It by Working Class Dogs. Unfortunately, it no longer exists.
As a person of Finnish heritage myself, I thought my first hide should commemorate my first find and draw attention to this nice little landmark in town. Read the plaque on the rock honoring the early Finnish pioneers, then give Old Glory a salute before turning your eyes down to see bricks containing the names of people and businesses who contributed to this little park.

There's a wheelchair curb, but it's broken up and may not be completely accessible .
Accessible during winter, but you might have to climb over the snowplowed snow, and dig a bit at ground zero.
