I often go for runs or mountain bike rides through the forest where I placed the cache. Since I’ve started geocaching, I often stop to explore areas off trails and dirt roads. This is how I found this place. You will know when you’re in the general area of the cache, it’s implied in the name.
This is my first hide, so I welcome feedback. Please replace the container carefully as you found it.
You can bike to the area or drive on So. Century drive. There is a forest service jeep trail on the south side of the highway just east of mile marker 9. From there you can walk through the pine forest to the cache or mountain bike or drive a high clearance vehicle closer.
