This cache is hidden in AVIS's Peggy Keck Reservation. Parking is located near GC8QR97 Caching Names Cache: What's in a Name?, at the junction of MA125 and Gould Road. It is a short walk to this cache, on well-maintained trails.
This cache was hidden a few weeks after we found balrgn's cache PG Cole Farm PG (GC28CG7). It was really an adventure- though the cache was a park and grab, we walked from the other side of the trail system, and after slogging across a flooded field we arrived at GZ. The cache description included a warning about barbed wire, and I was reading this aloud, looking at my phone, when I kicked a fallen fence. The wire tore through my pants leaving a big gash and left a deep puncture in my leg. For a second though it looked like everything was going to be okay... then the blood started running down my leg. As I held a kleenex over the cut trying to stop the bleeding, my wife continued searching and eventually found the cache.
Though their cache was hidden back in 2010, it included a "find a cache, hide a cache" challenge which we thought was pretty cool. Balrgn also promised us brownie points if we did so! So we decided to participate; and thus was born this cache. If you enjoy finding it, we'd love for you to join in the challenge too!
