About this cache: You are looking for a decon container along the Blue Trail along the road at Ogden and Ruth Livingston Mills State Park…or maybe we have passed into the Margaret Lewis Norrie State Park. When closing a decon container, remember to push down on each of the four corners of the lid to ensure the cache is closed and water-tight. This is a T5 cache, as you will need a special tool to get to the log. Look around; you should be able to find what you need nearby.
Ogden Mills grew several different kinds roses. During the 1911 Flower Show, Ogden Mills entered white, and crimson roses, and placed first and second place, respectively. In 1914, Ogden Mills entered sunburst roses and scarlet roses. He placed second for both flowers. In 1905, Ogden Mills placed first when he entered American Beauty roses. Crimson roses are usually a very dark shade of red. Scarlet roses are lighter in color and are more of the traditional red roses. Sunburst roses get their name as they have a combination of yellow, orange, and bright red in their coloring. American Beauty roses are usually a deep pink color.
