I came up to the border one day to visit the “Utah Lottery”. From the $5 worth of lottery tickets I bought (big spender!) I won $4. And thus this cache was named!
I also scored a bottle of rubbing alcohol at the nearby Dollar Store, despite its scarcity due to COVID-19. It sure was my lucky day!
