In September of 1954 the Noesting Pin Ticket Co. purchased a factory at Denning's Point. What did they make? Noesting Pin Tickets of course! "Years ago, clothing prices were marked on the tickets attached with broad flat pins that were sharp and often pricked the fingers of salespersons and customers. Noesting came up with a better idea -- a rounded-edged 'sting-less' pin ticket: hence the name, Noesting Pin Ticket Company." The company also made paper clips, paper fasteners, thumb tacks, commercial needles, fire extinguisher tags, Easter egg dippers, among other stock items.
