Because there are TOTT that you will need to bring to help you get the cache. Rock n Roll right into this cache with an easy accessible area. Watch out for muggles during school hours. The neighborhood watchers are out there too. The container is in a hiddy spot where you might need TOTT. There are deaf children in this area so be careful. It is also between houses so it is not so much on a designated homeowners property.
