The Heart of Millfield
You are now standing in front of the Millfield Tourist Information Centre. There is quite a lot to see in Millfield. Many historical sites, lookouts, a winery up Mt View Road which offers views of Millfield, a sculpture and nice wine and the port is tasty. The Hare Krishna’s have a farm off Mt View Road. There is a church, museum, saw mill, cemetery, school, general store plus so much more.
I am one of the Girl Guide leaders in Millfield and we hold our meetings at the back of St Luke’s Church.
The General Store is across the road and it is an asset to Millfield. The coffee is great and the owner cooks all the cakes on the premises.
This cache is an easy find but please be careful of muggles as this area gets busy especially on weekends. Make sure you put it back as found so muggles don’t muggle it.
