Congrats to Flyhigh342 for "FTF" ..... and in the rain and high winds!!

Cache hidden during the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown.  There is a "safe" pull off, feet from the cache.  Do NOT park in the roadway.  Extrememly limited traffic.  Cache is a bison tube, so bring twizzers and a Pen!!  Beautiful area of Bedford County, beside a creek!
