A small cache placed up a Holm Oak.
It's not a particularly challenging climb if you're fairly nimble and not very high so no need for equipment of any kind.
GPS reception could be a little sketchy with tree cover but since the area has seen some recent clearance it's the fairly obvious tree behind the solitary bench. You may find this bench occupied as people do walk their dogs here so please use stealth where appropriate.
There are two entrances that I'm aware of and both are listed as waypoints; parking is much more convenient for the Parkhill Road (East Entrance) as there are usually spots available on the road or Daddyhole Plain (five minute walk). Approaching from the West Entrance would best be done on foot as limited parking is available on Vanehill Road and its surroundings however this will require a significant gain in elevation - it's uphill all the way...
