The city moved the park from across the river and made it nicer than before. It has a bigger parking area and incorperates a canoe/kayak launch area. The bike trail also connects to it by way of a bridge. Nice place to visit.
It is NOT ACCESSABLE from the Interstate nor is there parking along 26th street. PLEASE use the parking area for your safety.
The terrain can be uneven so tread with caution.
