If the elevator is not working, you will find it difficult to reach the Walkway from the Water Street and Waryas Park Parking. Use Parker Avenue or Highland parking coords to get to the Walkway. The best parking for this cache is Water Street or Waryas Park.
About this cache: This is a multi-cache. The coordinates will bring you to stage 1 - a spot in Upper Landing Park. After collecting some info, and doing some math, you will search for a bison tube at stage 2.
