This is the 9-11 memorial established by the town of Highlands. The tragedy of 9-11 affects us all to this day in various ways, some that cannot be measured. If you would like you can share or make mention of where you were when 9-11 occurred or any thought you would like to share regarding the tragedy of 9–11. This is a small cache container with a newly activated trackable to start its journey. I was newly out of the Army and managing a restaurant in Clarksville, TN right next to Fort Campbell, KY. We went and bought a radio so we could have it on and listen to the news while we waited to try and understand what was happening to our country. I’m guessing it was like those that remember Kennedy getting shot and knowing exactly where they were when they heard about it. My heart will always mourn those who died this day.
