Geocache Description:


Welcome to Shannondale Springs Wildlife Management Area.

This hide replaces a cache by the famous duo of davee-n-cachincarrie. When they moved away we took over the caches along this trail for them and as they are going missing we are going to refresh many of them. Hopefully the micro in the woods live on. We sure do miss them. This shouldn't be that hard to find it is one of those plastic ammo cans. Please make sure to rehide the cache as well as or better than you found it.

In addition to ticks, thorns and possible poison ivy, please be aware of the potential to encounter bears and venomous snakes. Be sure to wear blaze orange during hunting seasons as well. It's all part of caching on the mountain!
