The Roses of Billong Street

This rose garden was established in 1993 by local resident, Mark McGuire.

Its remarkable floral display from October to April draws visitors from all over Sydney.

The Cache:

This is a simple two-part multicache. The posted co-ordinates will take you to an information plaque.

The sum of the letters of the first three words on line 4 (counting the heading) is X.

The sum of the letters of the last five words on line 6 (counting the heading) is Y.
 

To find the cache, add X to the decimal minutes of the Southing, and subtract Y from the decimal minutes of the Easting.
