This quiet "reflective" park was created to commemorate the relationship with Troy's sister city in Japan, Takahashi. The park is lined with dozens of trees that explode with beautiful white flowers in the spring. There is a quarter-mile track that lines the park, encouraging visitors to take a stroll and enjoy a "walk and read" journey set up by the Troy-Miami County Public Library. The Library takes children's books and places pages in special stands along the path, allowing you to read a page every few dozen feet.
This geocache is carefully hidden behind a "smile". The container is large enough to hold a few small treasures and is accessible right off the paved path.
