A lovely circular walk in a quiet area of historical countryside between Bawtry and Austerfield.
This is the first in a series of 7 caches + a bonus cache located between Bawtry and Austerfield.
The area is a lovely piece of quiet countryside taking in woodland, open fields, old earthworks, industry, historic villages and wildlife!
It is suitable for power walkers, amblers, children, dogs, pushbikes and pushchairs. (there is a very thin section of pathway and x1 stiles to navigate through)
The circular walk should take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete.
Each cache in the series has a clue written in it, these clues will give you the location of the Bonus Cache.
Please take a pen as some of the caches are too small to contain a pencil.
This first cache is a relatively easy one to find to ease you in! Due to the Bluebells ar certain times of the year there is NO need to cross the woodland to get to this cache!
To find the bonus cache you will need to complete the following coords with the clues given........
